Watch the explosive moment: Robert Saleh and Liam Coen nearly lost control after the heated Week 4 face-off.TL

The San Francisco 49ers and Jacksonville Jaguars met on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium, with Kyle Shanahan’s team dropping their first game of the season in a 26-21 loss.

In the week leading up to the contest, 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh called out the Jaguars staff, led by first-year head coach Liam Coen, for their sign-stealing, which he said was all done legally.

Coen seemed to take some offense to Saleh’s commentary, saying that his staff works really hard throughout the week and does a great job identifying different factors for their opponents to put themselves in successful positions.

After the game, with Coen’s team earning the win, Coen and Saleh had to be separated on the field.

Shanahan addressed the incident after the game.

“Don’t think you should be that sensitive about it, but it is what it is,” he said. “Not too worried about it.”

Coen was asked about the interaction in his post-game media availability, but he declined to share what happened. Saleh doesn’t speak to the media until later in the week, so we probably won’t hear his opinion on the situation until then.
