The Geelong Venom have suffered a major blow on the eve of Round 2 of the WNBL26 season.

The LA Sparks forward was this week diagnosed with a high ankle sprain, with her current return to play timeline at five-plus weeks.
If the 24-year-old’s recovery goes well, the Venom are hoping to have her back on court in late November.
Geelong are once again at home in Round 2, this time hosting Adelaide from 3pm AEDT on Saturday.
