GREEN BAY − Christian Watson returned to practice for the Green Bay Packers on Oct. 6.

The fourth-year wide receiver has been out of action for the team since he tore his ACL during last season’s Week 18 matchup with the Chicago Bears on Jan. 5. He was placed on the physically-unable-to-perform list to start this season.

His 21-day practice window is now open and the Packers have three weeks to activate him to play.

Several offensive linemen also returned and there were two players held out of practice.

With their bye week over, the Packers (2-1-1) return to Lambeau Field on Oct. 12 to host the Cincinnati Bengals (2-3).

Here’s the latest from practice inside the Don Huston Center:

Zach Tom injury update

The Packers right tackle returned to practice.

Tom suffered an oblique injury in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions, missed Week 2 against the Washington Commanders and returned for Week 3 to face the Cleveland Browns but dropped after one play.

He was ruled out of the Week 4 road game with the Dallas Cowboys.

Aaron Banks injury update

The Packers left guard also was back at practice.

He’s been battling ankle/groin injuries he suffered against the Lions. He missed Week 2 against the Commanders, exited early against the Browns and missed the Cowboys game.

Jacob Monk injury update

The offensive lineman returned to practice to begin his 21-day practice window.

He started the season on injured reserve/designated to return after suffering a knee/hamstring injury.

Anthony Belton injury update

The rookie tackle suffered an ankle injury in practice and missed the team’s road game with the Cowboys.

He was sidelined during practice and was spotted on the side doing a rehab assignment, during the portion of practice open to the media.

Devonte Wyatt injury update

The defensive tackle missed the second half of the Cowboys game with a knee injury.

He was sidelined during the team’s practice and also had a separate rehab assignment.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur said Wyatt’s status is “week-to-week.”
