Country music star and Grand Ole Opry member Luke Combs is heading to the Las Vegas Strip this time, not just to perform, but to open his own entertainment venue.
Combs and Opry Entertainment Group announced plans to bring the Category 10 brand to Flamingo Las Vegas. The three-story venue will mark the brand’s first Las Vegas location.
“2026 was already going to be an awesome year, but this takes it to the next level. I can’t wait for Bootleggers to have their own place to party on The Strip,” Combs said.
The announcement follows Combs’ record-breaking 2026 world tour reveal. The global country icon will make history as the first country artist to headline three consecutive nights at London’s Wembley Stadium.

“With Luke’s enormous international appeal, securing the right Las Vegas location for Category 10 has been a priority since we first announced the partnership back in 2023,” Colin Reed said. “The United Kingdom ranks as the leading market for international visitors to Las Vegas outside North America. Combined with the UK’s continued embrace of country music and Luke, this is an ideal moment to bring Category 10 to one of the world’s great entertainment playgrounds.”
Inspired by his 8x platinum debut hit “Hurricane,” Category 10 will feature 34,000 square feet of immersive country-themed experiences:
- Hurricane Hall – A first-floor dining and music hall with three bars, a central stage, and free daily line dancing lessons.
- Beautiful Crazy Women’s Lounge – A champagne bar and selfie spot inside the women’s restroom, complete with makeup counters and Hollywood mirrors.
- The Still – A bourbon-focused bar on the second floor with outdoor patio views, hand-selected drinks by Combs himself, and an intimate vibe for his “Bootleggers” fan club.
- The Eye Rooftop – A top-level DJ and dance venue overlooking the Strip.
Flamingo executives say the new venue adds to the resort’s recent lineup of high-energy attractions.
