Music star Jelly Roll believes Bron Breakker could be John Cena’s final opponent in WWE.
During an interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Jelly Roll discussed John Cena’s ongoing WWE retirement tour and the possibility of who might face him in his final match. He admitted it would be difficult for Cena to top his recent bout with AJ Styles but he proposed that Cena might be able to end his career where he elevates a fresh star like Bron Breakker.
“Well, I think I’ve seen somebody say this on your program, and I agree. I think, I don’t know if it tops it, but I think that he goes out putting Bron over. I don’t know if it’s — I think Cena’s going to want to go out on his back. You know what I mean? I think that he’s just too much of the business dude in him not to. And the question is, does he put over a heel or a young kid like Breakker or does he put over a baby?” [H/T: WrestlingInc]
He also praised Cena’s current run, calling it a heartfelt tribute to wrestling. He said fans are witnessing a version of Cena that proves his critics wrong, as the veteran continues to deliver high-quality matches filled with passion and detail.
Jelly also pointed out how John Cena often highlights hidden moments from his matches, showing how much effort he puts into his craft. As Cena’s farewell tour is about to end with only four dates remaining. It will be interesting to see who will be the last opponent for him in WWE.
