Jelly Roll is grateful to Post Malone.
On Tuesday, Sept. 23, the “Save Me” artist shared a sweet Instagram post expressing his gratitude to the “I Had Some Help” hitmaker for having perform on the Big Ass Stadium Tour.
“Been a while since I sat down and thought my feelings out in a way to write them,” Jelly, 40, began. “With an hour left on this 10 hour flight from London to Nashville I’ve spent a good amount of time thinking about how much I can’t believe I just left my first European Tour.”
He continued: “First and foremost this was all Post Malone, I’ve said it every night on stage and I’ve meant it, but Post could’ve taken any artist in the world on this tour with him. He is legit one of the biggest artists in the world and has one of the most genuine hearts I’ve ever seen.”
“Thank you brother, for picking me and allowing me to experience these things for the first time like playing stadiums all across America and now I can say I’ve toured stadiums all over Europe because of you,” Jelly wrote.
He noted that this year with Malone, 30, “has been nothing short of amazing” and reminisced about the memorable concerts he had the opportunity to play, including in Vatican City, where he “got to praise, shamelessly, in front of the world.”
“A night I will never forget,” Jelly wrote.
He then noted how he was able to experience Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, England, and France for the first time, and most them, with his wife Bunnie Xo.
Jelly then noted how he would never forget attending WWE’s Clash in Paris.
“I told John Cena when he came and filmed ‘What Drives You’ in Nashville (avail on Roku and incredible show) I was going to come to as many matches on his retirement run as possible,” he wrote. “I never would’ve guessed God’s plan would’ve had me wrestling on one of them at Summer Slam (wildest experience of my life) and another time would be me catching him in Paris.”
Jelly noted that the “hype” about Paris is real and thanked
“Thank you for the therapy, and thank yall for taking the time to care and listen to me,” he wrote. “Going to spend some much needed time with the family and unplug until I see yall in Australia- this years recap is going to be madness go sub on YouTube.”
Jelly concluded: “The Big Ass World Tour with Posty is officially over.”
In November 2024, Malone initially announced the Big Ass Stadium Tour throughout North America with Jelly, who was featured on his 2024 track “Losers” from the 18-time Grammy nominee’s F-1 Trillion album.
The massive tour kicked off on April 29 in Salt Lake City and included stops in Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, New York, Miami, Orlando, Denver, Seattle and more. Jelly also performed on a handful of the tour’s European dates, including Berlin, Barcelona and Lisbon, before his final date on Sunday, Sept. 21 in Spain.
