Angel Reese has solidified her place as one of the brightest stars in the WNBA and one of the league’s most recognizable figures. In just her second professional season, the Chicago Sky forward made her second All-Star appearance and led the league in rebounding, showcasing her relentless motor and elite physicality on both ends of the court.
Even after the season concluded, Reese has remained firmly in the spotlight—through endorsements, media appearances, and brand-building ventures that extend far beyond basketball. Her combination of dominance, style, and authenticity has helped her transcend the game and become a cultural icon in women’s sports, making her one of the most marketable female athletes in the world.

With the offseason in full swing, Reese has stayed as active off the court as she is on it. In September, she launched her debut signature sneaker, the Angel Reese 1, in partnership with Reebok.
On Friday, she introduced a new colorway, the Angel Reese 1: Purple, which was quickly well received by fans.
Reese acknowledged the support shortly after the announcement, with a heartfelt post to her fans. With her latest release selling out fast, the 23-year-old star sent a message to fans who couldn’t order their shoe sizes on the Reebok website:
“IF YOUR SIZE SOLD OUT ON REEBOK.COM, THEY HAVE THEM AT DICKS SPORTING GOODS FOR PRE-ORDER! 🤍💜”
Reese’s sneaker line is just one of her many off-court moves during the offseason. Earlier this month, she returned to hosting her podcast, “Unapologetically Angel,” and made history in mid-October as the first professional athlete to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, further highlighting her crossover appeal.
Reese’s relationship with Reebok dates back to her college days at LSU, where she signed an NIL partnership in 2023 and became one of the brand’s key basketball ambassadors. Since then, she’s taken on a larger role in design and promotion, helping spearhead Reebok’s renewed push into performance basketball.
As she continues to build her brand, she is reminding everyone that she is one of the most culture-shaping players in the WNBA today.
