Bailey Zimmerman Forced To Cancel Laughlin, Nevada Show

Rising country star Bailey Zimmerman hit the road for his New To Country Tour this summer, which was expected to make 16 stops across the United States.

Zimmerman’s final show was set to take place in Laughlin, Nevada at the Rio Vista Outdoor Amphitheater on Saturday (September 13).

The country singer posted on his personal account just hours before the show was set to begin, apologizing to fans that it had to unfortunately be cancelled.

“We tried everything to make it work tonight… I’m so sorry,” Zimmerman wrote. “I’ll make this right I promise!!!”

Hoping to be transparent with fans, he shared that ultimately the stage wasn’t up to safety standards for him or his band.

The “Fall In Love” singer later posted a video, sharing with fans what had happened to force his team to cancel the show.

“I know a lot of people have their own opinions on why I cancelled, so I’m going to clear the air on that,” Zimmerman explained. “When my band and crew started putting all their gear on the stage, they started noticing how unsafe it was.”

He pointed out that merely a “gust of wind” would completely take out the stage.

“Setting the record straight… NOT the way I wanted to end the tour but I would never risk y’all’s safety… thank you for understanding… I LOVE YALL❤️” Zimmerman posted in the caption.

The country star said while everyone who had tickets would be refunded, he still would be back and make it up to fans.
