Every fan would like something that belongs to their idol. Maybe a piece of jewelry or clothing. Perhaps an autograph. But if you have stunningly deep pockets, you can have something really, truly amazing of Jelly Roll‘s. It’s his Goodnight Nashville bar. The swanky watering hole is up for grabs – if you happen to have $100 million. Yep, that is the staggering price tag.

Did Drake Go Too Far
Per the
” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram page of Country Chord, “According to the Nashville Business Journal, the building that hosts Jelly Roll‘s Goodnight Nashville bar was recently listed for sale at $100 million. The bar’s lease will carry over to the new owners and will remain open.”
It’s Very Spacious, Has a Prime Location, and Is Almost Brand New
You get quite a bang for the big bucks. The establishment, which is at 209 Broadway, could not have a better address. It’s right in the lively heart of Music City’s buzzy entertainment district. With 31,000 square feet of territory and five stories, you would have loads of comfy space to chill with your pals. It’s in tip-top shape, too. Built just a year ago, it’s practically brand new.

For most of us, the idea that someplace has a $100 million price is hard to grasp. Even somewhere associated with Jelly Roll. Many took to Instagram to share their thoughts, which were largely humorous.
One did the math. “A 30 yr loan with 3% would be $500k payment a month! So just a half mil every month Y’ALL GOT THIS!!!! Easy!!!!”
Joked another, “If I had $100 million I would buy Morgan Wallen tickets and have nothing leftover to invest into Jelly’s bar.”
“yeah let me just run to the bank real quick”
“This looks like a yuppie bar.”
“His 15 minutes of fame is up”
“Rumor has it those bars make over a 100 million yearly”
Many Country Stars Have Bars in Nashville
Owning a chic Nashville bar is something that numerous country music greats do. Per The Tennessean, country artists whose name graces establishments where you can hoist a brew are Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley, Kid Rock, and Jason Aldean, That’s just to name a few!
