Jelly Roll is currently on the road in the land Down Under, fully embracing Australian concert culture, doing shoeys and putting on stellar shows for his crowd.
However, Jelly Roll shared that he had a negative experience in Sydney, Australia, while shopping at the luxury clothing store, Louis Vuitton. Of course, Jelly Roll has dropped a ton of weight in the past year or so, and even joked that he can now fit in Louis Vuitton in a recent Instagram post from the Vatican.
He shared the pic asking fans to pray for his bank account:
“I can fit in Louis Vuitton now. Pray for my bank account. A hundred thousand thank-yous to the legend Skateboard P, his team, and everyone else that had a hand in making last night happen.”
However, it appears his bank account was not hurting after visiting the Louis Vuitton store in Sydney, because Jelly Roll felt he was profiled there. The “Highway To Hell” singer took to Instagram to post a story detailing the incident.
“Hey man, the Louis Vuitton in Sydney, legitimately treated us like we were finna come in there and rob that place. I have never been looked at more like a criminal… Listen, the last time I was looked at like a criminal this bad, I was an actual criminal this bad.”

Jelly Roll smiled and laughed, recalling the incident, which I am sure included a funny moment, given that Jelly has come so far from his days of committing crimes. However, it’s wrong to judge anyone by their appearance, and it’s a shame for that store, because I bet Jelly would have spent a pretty penny there. Of course, this isn’t uncommon at all for luxury stores… even Luke Combs famously recalled a “‘Pretty Woman’ experience” at the Rolex store in New York City.
Never judge a book by its cover, people…

I will be interested to see if Jelly Roll lets this one roll off his back or if we will see him sporting other luxury brands’ clothing moving forward. Either way, Jelly Roll sharing this moment with his fans is giving everyone a good chuckle, and he doesn’t seem too offended by it, which is always a plus. Jelly Roll always keeps it real.
