Months Before Newborn Found Dead, Kentucky Cheerleader Laken Snelling Dressed as Pregnant Woman for Halloween

University of Kentucky cheerleader Laken Snelling reportedly dressed up as a pregnant woman for Halloween — less than a year before her dead newborn was found stuffed in her closet.

The 21-year-old donned a pregnant belly and “Kentucky Mom” pin as part of her costume last October, photos on social media show.

In one snap, Snelling can be seen smiling as she cradles the fake bump.

The photos were initially shared by the school’s STUNT team but were deleted in the wake of Snelling’s recent arrest, according to true crime TikToker Abby Blabby.

Snelling was arrested on Aug. 31 after police discovered the baby boy hidden in a trash bag in a closet at her off-campus residence in Lexington.

An autopsy deemed the baby’s cause of death inconclusive.

Snelling, who once listed being a mom as a life goal in one of her social media posts, allegedly admitted to cops that she’d given birth to the child.

She is alleged to have told investigators she then cleaned up all evidence of the birth and tossed the supplies in the same black trash bag as the newborn.

It also isn’t clear who initially reported the infant’s death to police or who the child’s father was.

Snelling’s former boyfriend, 21-year-old Izaiah Hall, gave a DNA sample to learn if he is the father of the baby, his father recently told The Post.

Her most recent boyfriend, Conner Jordan, was featured in a handful of posts on the cheerleader’s social media accounts posted in the months before her arrest.

Snelling has pleaded not guilty to a slew of charges, including abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence and concealing the birth of an infant.

The young woman, who has since unenrolled from school and quit the cheerleading team, was released from jail on a $100,000 bond and ordered to house arrest at her parents’ home in Tennessee.

She is due in court again on Sept. 26.
