On Oct. 28, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, posted a new video to her Instagram Stories, in which Swift’s song “Opalite” played in the background.

The video showed Meghan’s hand moving a mug near a laptop on a desk in her home office, with the screen on the website of her As ever lifestyle brand.

The Duchess of Sussex panned the camera past a candle from As ever’s holiday product drop (one of the two candles was inspired by her royal wedding to Prince Harry), giggled and showed her two rescue dogs.

Meghan held the camera for a moment over Momma Mia and Pula, who were both snuggled up on dog beds, and rolled to the sunny window with a palm tree outside.

Prince Harry, 41, and Meghan moved to California after stepping back from their royal roles in 2020, and are raising their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, in Montecito.

The Duchess of Sussex uploaded the video with Swift’s music shortly before As ever’s debut holiday collection dropped to shop at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET.

The new collection from Meghan’s lifestyle line includes some of her signature fruit spreads and honey, mulling spice kits, a vintage Napa Valley brut and hand-poured candles, the brand’s first foray into home goods.

“Opalite” was a coded choice for Meghan to ring in the launch to, and the ballad is the third song on Swift’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl, released Oct. 3.

The upbeat track about love after heartbreak is widely interpreted as a tribute to the music superstar’s fiancé Travis Kelce, whose birthstone is an opal.

It’s no secret that Meghan might be a bit of a Swiftie, as she previously attended one of her Eras Tour stops.

In August 2023, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the Duchess of Sussex attended one of Swift’s concerts at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.

As the pop icon launched into her Fearless era, telling the crowd, “Let’s go back to high school!”, Meghan jumped up out of her seat to sing along to “You Belong with Me.”

Over the summer, the Duchess of Sussex also liked Swift and Kelce’s Instagram announcing their engagement, as did Prince William and Kate Middleton.
