Hello and welcome from the 2025 NLCS celebration thread right after the Dodgers clinched their spot in the World Series after Shohei Ohtani had arguably the greatest indvidual performance in a baseball game ever, much less in the playoffs, to clinch a sweep of the Brewers in Game 4.

You will be shocked to learn he was indeed the NLCS MVP on the strength of that performance.

World Series, here comes the Dodgers.

In terms of interviews and what not after the clincher, well Mookie Betts basically had the theme of things, which is they were happy about advancing, but they’re really focused on four more wins.

He did talk about Shohei, comparing him to Michael Jordan and the Dodgers to the Bulls.

Max Muncy called it the greatest game by a baseball player ever.

Dave Roberts reiterated that stance, and also made everybody mad, ragebaiting about all the “ruining baseball” crap.

Enrique Hernandez is clear on what the goal is.

Before the customary speech and what not, the team got reactions from the field.

Speaking of said speech, they were now down in the clubhouse, where the celebration kicked off.

The team had recaps of the celebration.

It seemed like Shohei and Enrique were at the center of things to start.

A bird’s eye view of Enrique Hernandez getting busy.

He also absolutely blasted Andrew Friedman.

Hyeseong Kim was enjoying himself, and then Shohei got him … and both he and Yoshinobu Yamamoto celebrated.

Picture time!

——

Clayton Kershaw with the unc moves on the field.

He’s so crazy.
