NBC’s workplace comedy Happy’s Place is reopening its doors for another round. Reba McEntire returns as Bobbie, who runs her late father’s tavern alongside her newly discovered half-sister, Isabella (Belissa Escobedo). What’s the plot?
Bobbie (McEntire) inherits her father’s tavern (Happy’s Place) and is surprised to discover that she has a new business partner, Isabella (Escobedo), a twenty-something half-sister that she never knew she had.
In Season 2, Happy’s Place reopens its doors, and a long-buried secret comes to light that will test loyalties and shake things up inside the tavern. Through it all, Bobbie must remind everyone that family isn’t what you’re born into, but it’s the people that stand beside you, even in the workplace.
Who’s behind the bar?
Along with McEntire and Escobedo, series regulars Melissa Peterman, Rex Linn, Pablo Castelblanco, and Tokala Black Elk will all reprise their roles in Season 2.
Confirmed guest stars include JoAnna Garcia Swisher (reuniting with McEntire after Reba), Christopher Lloyd, Carol Kane, and Cheri Oteri.
When is it on?
Happy’s Place returns Nov. 7, with new episodes airing Fridays at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and streaming the next day on Peacock.
