When the cat’s away the mouse will play, but in this case, when Prince Harry’s away, Meghan Markle will play around on Instagram, sharing throwback photos of Harry in his pilot jumpsuit.
Yes, pretty much any man, working in any field, say for example a car mechanic, will look sexy in a zip and step out of uniform, but in this case, Meghan was sending her husband, who just turned 41, a birthday wish with a photo of himself and it seemed like the message got lost.
On one level, it looked a little thirsty, like Meghan was using her own husband as a thirst trap, but the question is… why?
According to Sky News Australia’s Gabriella Power, Meghan never misses an opportunity to post on Instagram, but we have a feeling there’s more to it.
Harry was gone for quite a bit, he was visiting with charities and his father, King Charles, and it seems like Meghan was missing her husband.
During the Sky News segment, Power went over what Harry got up to while he was traveling, saying: “He also celebrated his 41st birthday, and of course, his wife Meghan Markle, shared a photograph of him that dates back to 2015 to wish him a happy birthday.”
She asked her guest, Andrew Eborn for his thoughts on the matter, with the barrister and broadcaster saying: “Harry was 41 on the 15th of September, and she put a little post on Instagram, saying, ‘Oh, hi, birthday boy.’”
Eborn gave a little background on the photo: “That picture was taken for the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain.”
Eborn didn’t seem all that bothered about the photo, nor did he seem all that impressed, his assessment was kind of the middle of the road.
He said: “But, Meghan, that’s what she posted, that little picture, because he was absent for the birthday, because he was over here, and it worked well, I feel like people enjoyed that.”
Power, on the other hand, she seemed to feel strongly about Meghan turning her attention to Instagram.
The Sky News presenter said: “She never misses an opportunity to post on Instagram, I’ll say that much.”
While Eborn kind of shrugged his shoulders at Meghan’s choice of photo, there was a moment when he read the caption out loud, and he used a sexy voice, kind of sounding like Marilyn Monroe, so that part may have rubbed him the wrong way, Meghan writing, “Oh, hi, birthday boy,” with a fire emoji, meaning, “hot stuff!!”
At the same time, Meghan may have been feeling a little territorial and she wanted to put a reminder out there, that Harry is spoken for and the Royal Family is not going to take him away from her.
Harry’s been feuding with his family for quite a while, he may like it that people are fighting over him.
